Sorry for the lack of Thumbs Up but I've landed myself in the hospital with appendicitis. I'll be having that little useless organ removed around 11:30am today so I leave you hanging on the edge of your seat for your dose of Thumbs Up until next week! I do, however, have some pretty entertaining ER stories from check in last night...
